how it works?

once you've purchased the refill, we'll contact you to schedule an appointment for you to bring in your candle. it'll be ready for pickup 3-5 business days after it has been dropped off. this service is only available if you bring in the candle to our HQ in Wynwood, Florida. we are not responsible for damages occurred if you ship your candle to our HQ.
