not to worry! when you're done burning your candle, you can bring it in and we'll refill it for you! #sustainable

how it works?

once you've purchased the refill, we'll contact you to schedule an appointment for you to bring in your candle. it'll be ready for pickup 3-5 days after it has been dropped off. this service is only available if you bring in the candle to our HQ in Wynwood, Florida. we are not responsible for damages occurred if you ship your candle to our HQ.

our handmade candles will not take care of themselves! make the most out of them with these simple steps:

if the candle has multiple wicks, please light all wicks at the same time. leave candle lit until the top layer of wax has completely melted. keep candle away from air drafts or vents.
trim it! trim your wicks 1/4" either prior or after each lighting.
we recommend using our wick trimmer & snuffer for best practices
