Shipping policy
We know you’re excited to receive your candle—and we work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible!
Once your order is paid in full, we need 3–7 business days to create your custom candle (unless you're shopping from our Ready To Ship collection or have added RUSH to your order). After it’s ready, your order will ship from TAJA HQ in Miami, FL (zip code 33127).
Shipping Times:
Delivery times depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. For example:
– Standard Shipping ships via UPS Ground and typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
– UPS 2-Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days after the order leaves our studio.
Please note: All shipping is handled by UPS, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm a new one. We are not responsible for returned packages, and a re-shipping invoice will be sent before we can resend your order.
If you have any issues with your order—such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items—you must notify the TAJA team within 30 days of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to help resolve the issue.
If your UPS tracking page says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package—or if you're experiencing any other delivery issues—please wait 1 business day before filing a claim with Route. The claim window opens 1 day after the most recent UPS update.

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update it, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best, but once the order is processed, we can’t guarantee changes.
International Orders:
Duties and customs fees must be paid to DHL once your package arrives in your country.
