We know you are excited to receive your candle! We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. After your goodies are paid in full, we have aprocessing time of 3-10 business days. After we finish making your custom creation, your order will leave the TAJA HQ! The shipping time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Need your custom creation in a hurry? Rush options are available at checkout. You can select the rush option to push your order to the front of the production line, this will speed up our processing time and we will ship out your order the next business day. Or you can also select an expedited shipping option (I.E. Ups 2nd day air), please take into account that by only selecting the expedited shipping, you still have to account for our 3-10 business days for your candle to be processed.

Because most of our orders are gifts, we never include receipts with orders.

All of our candles are handmade with love at our HQ in miami, florida. You can expect our high quality candles to smell strongly since we use the maximum amount of oil allowed, but slight variations in strength, color and height may occur. We also offer fragrance free if scents aren't your thing!
We’re glad you asked! We love helping you upload your own logos and images to engrave on our candles, vases and diffusers. This option is available for our doggy candle, completely custom candle, completely custom vase, and completely custom diffuser. Choose the option "Yes, please" under the "Upload your own design?" field. Didn’t even break a sweat, right?

Since our candles are custom made, the sky is the limit! However, here are some tips on getting the best quality engraving you can:
-choose a photo that is black and white. P.S. All the black/dark tones in the photos will be engraved.
-picture format must be a jpg or png file between 2 & 5 mb.
-the higher quality of your picture, the better.
-submitted photos must be your own private property. We cannot reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked images or logos, unless the proper legal permission has been obtained from the owner.
Of course! Please select yes on "Request a digital proof" at the bottom of your product before you add it to your cart! After the payment has been processed, we will send you the digital proof for your approval. Once you have approved your candle, we will process it and ship it to you!
It will look picture perfect! All of the text from your custom creation will be engraved in all caps in our beautiful taja font, unless, of course, you select our new lowercase, cursive font, spring fling.
Designs are all centered but if you would like to place them to the left or right, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please send an email to info@tajacollection.Com as soon as possible.
When making custom orders, we copy and paste the text from your order. We are not responsible for any misspelled words, names or other text.
"Make it beautiful" is an option to have our in-house graphic designer review your design, proofread your text, and make any tweaks she believes will enhance the beauty of your design!
