RUSH:

you may have seen the word “RUSH” pop up when you head over to your cart. this is the perfect solution for when you need something at the last minute. no judging – we know how life goes! so, what is rush? 

when you rush your order, you skip to the front of the line. you have 2 rush options: same day or 2-day. the RUSH option guarantees that your order will be made sooner, it does not impact shipping.  so if you select 2-day, it ensures that your order will leave our HQ within 2 business days. 

ONE DAY RUSH: your order will be ready the same business day. orders have to be placed before 1pm EST

TWO DAY RUSH:  your order will be ready in 2 business days.

MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL:

our in-house graphic designer will review your design, proofread your text, and make any tweaks and suggestions she believes will enhance the beauty of your design! we suggest adding this to fully custom designs or photos.

DIGITAL MOCKUP:

if you want to see the candle before it gets made, then this option is for you! (note: it’s complimentary when you shop a completely custom candle.) 

how it works: you’ll receive an email from our design team with a mockup within 1 business day of your order. we won’t get started with your candle until you approve the design.  if you’re not 100% pleased with the design, you can send edits and we’ll send you back another proof! up to 2 rounds of proofs are included with one digital mockup.

DESIGN CONCIERGE: 

so many options, not sure what to choose? we all get designer's block! this option is perfect for you! with design concierge, we help you from start to finish!

how it works: we will reach out to you to schedule your design call. on the call, we ask for as much detail as possible and we help you navigate any scenario. we’ll help you choose the perfect fragrance, color, design and even message!

READY TO SHIP: 

we compiled a collection of best-selling products that are ready to go. birthday and housewarming gifts were at the top of the list… so now you can choose from 12 different products that will ship out the same day without any rush fees!

how it works: place your order before 1pm EST and it will ship out on the same business day. if the order is placed after 1pm EST, it will ship out the next business day. for example, if you place the order at 2pm EST on a Friday, it’ll ship out on Monday.

If you’re a Miami local and prefer to pick up instead of ship, it’ll be ready for pickup on the same day!

TIPS for Miami locals:

- Uber pickup: need your order asap but don’t want to drive to Wynwood? there’s a fix for that! a lot of our customers choose uber connect for their orders. you can simply call us and communicate that is what you want. we’ll bring the order outside to your uber and voila, your custom gifts are on the way!

- delivery: door to door service! if your order is more than $500, we offer delivery for $75. only available for the following zip codes: 33139, 33137, 33127, 33140.

- local pickup: it’s simple, easy + fast! simply bring your order confirmation number and we’ll bring your order out. there is parking on the street or you can call us for curbside pickup.
