Your custom goodies ship from our HQ in Miami, FL within 2–10 business days. If you select rush production at checkout, your order will ship within that timeframe. Once it leaves our HQ, delivery speed depends on the shipping service you choose.
for ready to ship collection:
Your Ready to Ship goodies will leave our HQ in Miami, FL the same business day if your order is placed by 12 pm EST. Orders placed after 12 pm EST (or over the weekend) will ship the next business day. For example: if you place an order Friday at 6 pm, it will ship on Monday. Once shipped, delivery speed depends on the shipping service you choose.
If your order includes both Ready to Ship and non–Ready to Ship items, we’ll hold your order and ship everything together in one package once all items are ready.

Your personalized linens may take up to 14 business days to process. Once they’re ready, they’ll ship from our HQ in Miami, FL, and delivery speed depends on the shipping service you choose.
If your order includes linens along with candles or other Ready to Ship items, we’ll hold the order and ship everything together in one package once the linens are complete.
