How fast do orders ship?
Ready to Ship orders placed by 12 PM ET ship the same business day. Personalized pieces take 1–4 business days. Need it sooner? Rush is available; call or text 305-420-5559.
Can I see my design first?
Yes. Add a digital mock-up ($16) when you order, and we won't engrave until you approve it (2 rounds of edits included). For corporate orders, we send a mock-up within 1–2 business days.
How do candles come packed?
Every TAJA candle arrives in our white luxe box, ready for gifting. Add ribbon or our luxe wrap at checkout. We never put receipts in the box, so add a gift note if it's going straight to the recipient.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is free on every order. Choose pickup at checkout and collect it at our studio, 530 NW 29th St, Suite 200, Miami, FL 33127.
